As founder I see my mission as providing opportunity for our employees to build a better life by finding ways we as a company can make our customers lives more comfortable and their homes a more efficient and healthy place to live and raise their families.
About Bob: An avid Harley rider and adventurer, I love taking trips without a destination in mind. I was a four time national champion and a world title holder in submission grappling and was an MMA fighter, sensei and trainer.
PETER CARLSON "PETE"
DIRECTOR OF SALES CONNECTICUT
Pete manages corporate and divisional direct sales. He comes to The Energy Store and the EnergyPRZ group of companies from a strong background in home improvement sales and new product implementation. Peter is focused on providing the right solution to customers and anyone who works with Pete quickly realizes that he is truly motivated in delivering an unparalleled positive customer experience. Peter is also a volunteer firefighter giving back to the community in more ways than one.

JAMIE WATSON
OFFICE OPERATIONS, CONNECTICUT
A former business owner for 10 years, Jamie had 3 locations to manage while raising 3 kids. After selling the business she worked on the project management side of HVAC companies. Jamie has an extensive office operations background and customer service skills. After seeing the amazing results from her own Energy Assessment and how the team increased the efficiency of her home Jamie decided to join The Energy Store.

AMY CONROY
MANAGER, CALL CENTER AND SCHEDULING
Amy comes to The Energy Store with over 25 years of call center and scheduling experience. She believes in a quote by Jeff Bezos that states 'It's our job every day to make every important aspect of the customer experience a little bit better'.
About Amy: When I am not in the office, I am with my kids and husband enjoying family hikes, walks or bike rides.
We also love movie nights, board games and taking road trips. And just hanging out and taking care of our 2 Siberian Huskies, 10 chickens and 6 ducks.
BRAD BUCK
SENIOR LEAD TECHNICIAN
Brad joined The Energy Store 5 years ago, bringing with him much experience working with BPI engineers, HVAC specialists, and other trained energy audit technicians. Brad has been an Home Energy Assessor for 9 years now. As well as having his BPI Analyst and Envelope certifications he holds certifications in: DOE Scorecard Assessor, Lead Testing and Removal, Osha 30, PATS, and Asbestos Level 1.
About Brad: Most of my time is spent with my children after work. When I get free time to myself, I spend it watching movies, playing video games, or training MMA.
